Legacy & Journey
Libertario Coffee Co. & Roasters is a family-founded Colombian coffee company with decades of experience in farming, exporting, roasting, and hospitality.
It began with La Palma y El Tucán, the family’s coffee estate in Colombia’s Cundinamarca region. Starting with growing and harvesting coffee, the company expanded into creating cafés and a curated coffee program.
Today, Libertario operates cafés across Colombia, Mexico, the United States, Chile, Costa Rica, and India. The brand focuses on exploring coffee—its origins, craftsmanship, and different ways it can be enjoyed.
