We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Libertario Coffee India reserves the right to limit cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Libertario Coffee India is powered by Shopify, and uses Shopify’s platform to operate the Services. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Libertario Coffee India. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Libertario Coffee India,including any damages, losses or other liabilities arising from products, services or transactions. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Libertario Coffee India.

If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of applicable Indian law. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in English. Claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or collective action.
FORCE MAJEURE:
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms of Service, or in delivering products or services, to the extent such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, wars, government actions, internet or communication failures, or other acts of God.
In such events, performance shall be excused for the duration of the disruption, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume its obligations as soon as practicable.
SEVERABILITY:

You and Libertario Coffee India consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.
