As our ground coffee is freshly prepared, we cannot accept returns, so we kindly ask you to choose the method that suits your brewing style.

Refund policy

At Libertario Coffee India, we are committed to providing you with the freshest coffee beans. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at libertariocoffeeindia@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Ground Floor, Main Market, M/52, part 2, Block M, Greater Kailash II, Greater Kailash, New Delhi, Delhi 110048

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your package. Please note: items returned without proper authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Kindly notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing your order details along with the issue you are facing, so that we can promptly evaluate and arrange for a replacement or refund as may be required.

Non- Returnable & Restricted Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including opened packages of coffee beans) and customised or personalised items.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please note that returns are not permitted on discounted or sale items, as well as gift cards.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at libertariocoffeeindia@gmail.com . For all other cases, you may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt and proof of purchase.  



Refunds Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method without undue delay and, in any case, within 10 business days. Please note that processing time by your bank and card issuer may vary. If you have not received your refund within the stated period, please contact us at libertariocoffeeindia@gmail.com .


Governing Law

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. For EU customers, consumer rights under applicable EU law remain unaffected.
