Shipping policy

We at Libertario strive to process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 24–48 working hours of order placement, subject to product availability and successful acceptance of payment. You will be provided with an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout.

All orders are insured during transit, until they are delivered to you or collected by an authorized recipient. At the time of delivery, the recipient is required to sign a confirmation receipt. Once signed, responsibility for the product transfers to you. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser (for instance, in the case of a gift), such signature will be treated as proof of delivery and fulfillment of the order.

  1. Shipping Coverage- We deliver across India and internationally, except at locations not serviced by our logistics partners. Shipping times vary based on delivery address, availability of service providers, and courier partner efficiency.

  2. Shipping Charges- The total payable amount for each order, inclusive of all charges, will be displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location, package weight, quantity, and volume, and are non-refundable.

  • International Shipping- Additional charges apply and are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method selected. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. We reserve the right to revise international shipping charges periodically; such changes will be communicated before order confirmation.

  1. Delivery Timelines- We endeavour to deliver most orders within 4–15 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery times may vary according to the destination and logistics partner constraints. In case of any delay, our Customer Support team will reach out proactively.

  2. Delivery Requirements- Customers or recipients must present a valid government-issued ID proof and provide a working mobile number at the time of delivery. Orders will not be handed over in the absence of valid ID proof. Our courier partners capture real-time updates for undelivered parcels and attempt re-delivery the following business day.

  3. Delay in Delivery- While we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address or PIN code

  • Recipient unavailable at the delivery address

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Force Majeure events

  • Any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of our logistics partners.

Any failure to comply with the estimated delivery date will not constitute grounds for a legal claim or liability against us.

  1. Order Communication- A confirmation email/SMS is sent once the order has been dispatched. A second notification is shared upon successful delivery of the order. 

  2. Payment Modes- We accept secure online payments through Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro), IMPS, UPI.


Note: We use high-quality corrugated boxes and tamper-proof, eco-friendly courier bags to ensure safe packaging, minimize transit damages, and reduce pilferage.
